About travel plan (car charter / pick -up)

Free cancellation is up to 72 hours.
Cancellation charges are incurred for 20 % from 72 hours to 48 hours, 50 % for 48 hours to 24 hours, and 100 % within 24 hours.

In the case of cancellation (such as delay or cancellation of airplanes) caused by force majeure, refunds and date and time change are possible. Cancellation caused by force majeure is free.

We will try our best to avoid miscommunication with the driver, but if you cannot use it, we cannot refund or change the date and time.

Cancellation Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal:

The service provided by our store is a travel-related service scheduled for a specific date and time. Under applicable EU regulations, it may qualify for an exception to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the service date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 6 days of the service date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date are non-refundable.

Cancellations caused by force majeure will be refunded in full.

While we will make every effort to ensure smooth communication between customers and drivers, if the service cannot be used due to a communication issue, we will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule the service.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us and provide your order number, full name, and service date.
